Princess of Hope Statue of a tall woman Hingol National Park

One of the hallmarks of largest Hingol National Park is a rock called the Princess of Hope. a top attraction statue on Makran coastal  highway seen from afar, it looks like a statue of a tall woman looking for something in the distant horizon. 

When the famous Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie came to Pakistan on a UN goodwill mission in 2004.Passing along the Makran Highway, she was greeted by a lone figure standing tall in the distance. Until now, this grand statue had gone unnoticed and unnamed. this rock, in the shape of a human became the center of her attention and she named her 'Princess of Hope' . 

It is said that it was not created by man but by ocean winds and erosion. it is a Natural rock formation and top attraction statue can seen from N10 national Makran coastal  highway. it is very close to a famous Great Sphinx near Buzi Pass on N10 national Makran coastal  highway enroute to Gwadar Balochistan. Makran Coast Highway which has one of the most scenic drive in Pakistan.
